"Can we move Thursday's install?"
Email classified, customer matched, job located in the calendar.
Brewed AI builds, hosts and looks after AI agents that take the repetitive work off your team — inbox triage, scheduling, follow-ups, paperwork chasing. You approve the important calls. The agent does the rest.

How it works
Most AI tools hand you a blank box and wish you luck. Brewed AI is the opposite: we sit down with you, map one workflow that's eating your week, and stand up an agent that runs it — hosted, monitored and tuned by us.
A 20-minute call. We look for the task your team repeats every day and nobody enjoys — usually something living in an inbox or a calendar.
We write the rules with you, connect only the systems it needs, and define exactly what the agent can and can't touch on its own.
The agent works, drafts and queues. Anything that needs a person gets flagged for approval. You see every action it took, in plain English.
Hosting, updates, monitoring and monthly tuning are ours to worry about. If it breaks at 9pm, you're not the one debugging it.
The lineup
Start with one. Add more when it's earning its keep. Every agent is hosted by us and shaped around how your business already runs.
Reads every message as it lands, sorts it by what it actually is, drafts the reply, and escalates anything unusual to a person.
Handles the back-and-forth of booking, rescheduling and confirming — against your real availability, crew coverage and travel time.
Chases the quotes, invoices and signatures that quietly go cold. Polite, on schedule, and it stops the moment someone replies.
Pulls the numbers out of PDFs, forms and photos of receipts, checks them against your records, and files them where they belong.
Answers the questions you get fifty times a week — hours, pricing, service area, "are you the people who…" — day or night, in your voice.
Brewed Security's monitoring, with an agent that reads the alerts, filters the noise, and tells you in plain English what actually matters.
Choose a business
These are example workflows, not customer claims. Pick the business that feels most like yours and follow one everyday request from start to finish.
The everyday interruption
A customer emails while the office manager is helping a technician and the crews are already on the road.
Hey — can we push Thursday's furnace install to Friday? Something came up at home.
Debra M. · EmailReply to Debra: “We can do Friday between 1–3pm — does that work? Backup: Monday 9–11am.”
We can do Friday between 1–3pm — does that work? If not, Monday 9–11am is open too.

The front desk is checking in patients, the phone is ringing and three people asked to be called if an earlier time became available.
Cancellation: 2:30pm with Dr. Patel just opened up.

Hi Elena — a 2:30 today opened with Dr. Patel. Reply YES to grab it.

A staff member would normally open every attachment, rename it, file it, compare it with the checklist and write another reminder.
Attached is my W-2 and last pay stub. That's what I have for now.
Jordan R. · Email, 2 attachmentsSend Jordan a reminder: still need a bank statement and the signed engagement letter.
Thanks for these! Still need: (1) your most recent bank statement, (2) the signed engagement letter. No rush — end of week is fine.
Sent by the agentDifferent business, same idea: the agent handles the repeatable middle. Your people keep the judgment.
Map my workflowLive demo
Every agent keeps a running log of what it did, when, and why. Items it handled on its own are marked done. Items that need you sit in the queue until you say go. No black box, no mystery.
Pricing
Setup, hosting, monitoring and tuning are all in the price. No per-seat maths, no surprise usage bill at the end of the month.
Single Shot
+ $1,500 setup — waived on a 6-month commitment
One agent, one workflow. The right way to find out whether this works for you.
House Blend
+ $2,500 setup — waived on a 6-month commitment
Three agents covering the workflows that actually eat your week, tuned every month.
Full Roast
Setup quoted with the build
Multi-location, regulated industries, or an agent that needs to touch systems nobody else will.
Month to month after setup — no annual lock-in required. Commit to six months and the setup fee comes off.
Security & trust
Brewed AI comes out of a network security practice, not a startup incubator. The uncomfortable questions about handing work to an AI are the ones we ask first.
Each agent gets access to exactly the systems its job needs and nothing more. Scoped, documented, revocable in one click.
Anything that reaches a customer, moves money or changes a record can be set to wait for a person. You choose where that line sits.
A complete, readable audit trail of what the agent saw and did. Exportable whenever you or your insurer wants it.
Agents use commercial AI under business terms that forbid training on your data, with retention limited to a short abuse-monitoring window. We document what each agent sends, and where.
A father-and-daughter team in Cincinnati with 20+ years of Fortune 100 network engineering behind them. Same people, same phone number, same plain-English reports — now for your AI agents too.
Who you'll be talking to
Brewed AI isn't a platform with a support portal. It's a father and daughter in Cincinnati who set the agent up, watch it run, and pick up when you call.
The foundation
Over 20 years building and securing networks for Fortune 100 companies — the kind of experience usually priced out of reach for local businesses. Craig brings it directly to yours, in person.
The defense
Kylee's cybersecurity training is focused on exactly the kinds of attacks that target small and mid-sized businesses today — the real, evolving threats, not just theoretical frameworks.
Local, actually
Close enough to sit at your desk while we map the workflow. If your agent misbehaves on a Tuesday, the person fixing it is twenty minutes away.
(513) 285-6631Questions
Straight answers, including to the awkward one about where your data goes. If yours isn't here, ask it on the call.
A small piece of software that reads something coming into your business — an email, a form, a voicemail transcript — decides what it is, and does the next step. Booking the appointment, drafting the reply, filing the document. It is not a chatbot on your website; it works inside the tools you already use.
No. That is the whole point of the setup fee. We map the workflow with you, connect the systems, write the rules and test it before it touches a customer. You get an inbox that is quieter, not another dashboard to learn.
Your agent sends data to a commercial AI provider to do the reasoning. That provider is under business terms that forbid training on your data, and retention is limited to a short abuse-monitoring window. We document exactly which systems each agent can reach and what leaves your building. We will not tell you nothing moves — it does, and you should know where.
Anything that reaches a customer, moves money or changes a record can be set to wait for a person to approve it. You choose where that line sits. Every action is logged in plain English, and one switch pauses the agent instantly.
Single Shot is $499 a month plus a $1,500 setup fee, covering one agent on one workflow. The setup fee is waived if you commit to six months. House Blend is $1,290 a month for up to three agents. Hosting, monitoring and monthly tuning are included in both.
Most single-workflow agents are live within two to three weeks of the first call. The first week is mapping how you actually work, the second is building and testing against real examples, and we run it alongside your team before it handles anything on its own.
We are based in Cincinnati and work in person across Cincinnati, Dayton and Northern Kentucky, which is where most of our clients are. We do take remote clients elsewhere in the US — you just get video calls instead of someone at your desk.
Yes. After the setup, billing is month to month with no annual lock-in. If you took the waived setup fee in exchange for a six-month commitment, that term applies; otherwise you can stop whenever it stops earning its keep.
Start with one workflow
Twenty minutes on the phone is usually enough to tell whether an agent would help you or not. If it wouldn't, we'll say so.
Cincinnati, Dayton & Northern Kentucky. You'll reach Craig or Kylee — not a queue.
